Shoorio is a site for rating and discovering tennis matches. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Shoorio. Questions? Email info@shoorio.com.

The service

Shoorio is provided for informational and entertainment purposes, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ATP, WTA, ITF, or any tournament organizer, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Your account

You can create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials (and any linked Google account) secure. You must be at least 13 to use Shoorio.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ratings and reviews you submit. By posting them, you grant Shoorio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and aggregate that content to operate the service (for example, in community rankings). Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don’t scrape or bulk-extract data from the site or API, use bots or automated means to access it at scale, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing dataset. Use Shoorio as a normal visitor would.

Data and intellectual property

Match results are factual records compiled from publicly available sources. Highlight videos are embedded from third-party platforms and remain the property of their owners. The Shoorio name and the site’s original design and content are ours; please don’t copy them.

Disclaimer

Shoorio is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Match data and ratings may be incomplete or inaccurate, and we don’t guarantee the site will be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shoorio and its maintainer aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Shoorio’s maintainer resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to Shoorio or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
